Peter Drucker lectures about effective decisions. During his talk, he discusses: Lyndon Johnson and the Vietnam War, questioning the basic assumptions if a decision doesn’t work out, the risk of surgery, the political philosophy of politicians, luck and opportunity, the key to conflict resolution, crime as a human phenomenon, the Japanese car market in the United States, and General Electric motors. The video begins with the lecture in progress. The audio fades in and out from about 02:00:00 to 02:02:30 due to technical difficulties during the taping of the lecture. The lecture continues beyond the length of the tape recording.
