Photograph caption dated May 13, 1955 reads, "John Skoby, owner of the Kings Arms Restaurant, Toluca Lake, presents Brig. General Charles Sheldon with an appetizing dish made to look like an armored tank. General Sheldon was in charge of tank participation in recent atomic tests at Yucca Flat. Also enjoying the culinary offering are, left to right, Capt. D.A. Hicks, General Sheldon's aide; Col. J.G. Wheelock, commander of 'Task Force Razor,' as the test was named, and Chief Warrant Officer J.M. Dubuc, assistant G-3 at Camp Irwin, of North Hollywood."
