Hunter, left, scholarship committee chairman, as presentation is viewed by J. F. Clark, president of Management Club of Northrop Corp. Radioplane division which inaugurated annual award in memory of former club president. Haskins, Verdugo Hills High School graduate, received $250 and scroll commemorating presentation."
