Moe Di Sesso was born on April 20, 1924 in Jersey City, New Jersey. He worked in film and television as an animal trainer from the late 1960's into the 1990's, including training the dog Sandy in the movie version of "Annie" and Arnold the pig in "Green Acres." He died on July 2, 2007 in Newhall, California.
Photograph caption dated January 21, 1954 reads, "Jim Jr., the Raven, shows Owner Moe De Sesso, right, where March of Dimes money goes in Pacoima Moose Lodge-sponsored receptacle. Sid Title looks on. Chairman of the Moose dimes drive is Nicholas Colaccio."
