Chancellor William S. Banowsky delivers his speech "A Spirit of Place" at the dedication of the as yet undeveloped Malibu campus site on May 23, 1970. They event also served as Banowsky's inauguration as Chancellor, although his position would change to President on January 1, 1971. complete;
