Photograph caption dated April 3, 1965 reads "Youngsters David Ralph, left, and Roland Kelly work on letters to Negro children in Selma Ala. The entire Sunday School class of the Valley Ethical Culture Society, shown trampling the foreground and Gerry Newmark, wrote letters to the marchers on Montgomery, which Newmark delivered last week."
