Description
Photograph caption dated May 24, 1957 reads "The Stonehurst Elementary School recently was presented an entire 12-volume set of the Valley Times' Library of Junior Classics by the Stonehurst PTA. Mrs. Jack Williamson, PTA president, center, presented the gift to Miss Lucille Gunn, principal, right, at the last PTA meeting of the year. Left to right, pupils Mary Lou Kerwer, Clark Williamson and Christine Cobb, survey the popular books while the women survey the library construction." The school is in Sun Valley.
