This artist has literally submerged himself in his work. The unidentified man set his three-legged stool, as well as his easel, on the beach near some rocks. As he sat and painted his rendition of the Pacific Ocean, a tide came in and submerged him ankle-deep in sudsy water; which by the looks of it, did not break his concentration one bit.
