Description
Councilman Harold Harby calls Councilman Kenneth Hahn (left) a "political prositute" during a fiery debate over the $110,000,000 Public Housing issue. Harby who is violently against the housing project, said Hahn is supporting the plan only to get votes. A moment later Harby grabbed Hahn by the shoulder and arm and shook him.
