Description
Seventy-foot entrance facade of the Hall of Communications, which houses exhibits relating to means of communication. The mural by Eugene Savage is dedicated to means of communication. The structure contains a restaurant seating 500 and the communications "Focal Exhibit." Standing sentinel before it are two 160-foot pylons slotted with shafts of light. The statue "Speed," shown in the foreground, is the work of Joseph Renier.
