Description
The construction of Rodger Young Village which was constructed for veteran and service men's families by the Housing Authority of L.A. The metal quonset structures are quickly erected as temporary housing by the William Radkovich Co. at 4920 E. Washington Boulevard and the Zoss Construction Co. View 14: Children play under a partial built quonset structure at Rodger Young Village.
