Photograph caption dated April 24, 1958 reads "Cowgirl Ada Joan Hume gets in some calf roping practice under supervision of Lysle Greenman in preparation for 32nd annual Saugus-Newhall Rodeo which will be staged at Saugus May 3-4. Miss Hume will be hostess for event which will include bronc riding, roping and bulldogging."
