Photograph caption dated December 29, 1962 reads, "Cuban family is visited by members of sponsoring church, the Encino Presbyterian Church, who helped to resettle the refugee family in the community. The Benigo Ros family is only one of hundreds of families being flown here from Miami, Fla., for resettlement by various church denominations and relief organizations. Shown above are Isable Ros, 15; the Rev. Scott T. Brewer, pastor; Fina and Benigo Ros; Mrs. Lloyd A. Crawford, chairman of the committee sponsoring the family, and Margarita Ros, 18."
