Photograph caption dated July 13, 1965 reads, "Youthful actor Pat Cardi gets a salute from sister Melissa and brother Dennis as he proudly shows them the certificate which attests that Gov. Jack M. Campbell of New Mexico has made him an honorary colonel and aide de camp to the governor. The 12-year-old actor met Gov. Campbell in Santa Fe during location filming for 'And Now Miguel.'"
