Description
Post Civil War. Black faille bolero with cream soutache design all around edge of neck. Soutache medallions at drop shoulders, cuff, and back of neckline. Additional woven braid trim with thread covered toggles fringe around bottom edge. Princess seams in the back leading into a pointed tail.
