Description
Photograph caption dated September 19, 1962 reads "Nurse and attendant check blood pressure of Charles Edward Kirkpatrick, 16, of 6313 Farmdale Ave., North Hollywood, as his mother Mrs. Loraine Kirkpatrick holds hand to her head in corridor of North Hollywood Hospital. He was driver of car which apparently went out of control and smashed into another vehicle killing one of his three passengers. Kirkpatrick is reported in fair condition today at St. Joseph Hospital where he was transferred."
