Photograph caption dated June 10, 1964 reads, "San Fernando Fiesta Queen Carol Ann Emeterio last night opened concession booths at the North Valley city's Las Palmas Park and tried her skill as part of her Fiesta Week duties. Games and 'street dancing' will continue at the park through Sunday."
