"Wide World Photo | Please watch credit | 920726 | Return of the Baltic Germans | Danzig -- Baltic Germans, who were ordered home to the Reich by Chancellor Hitler, debark here from the "Strength Through Joy" ship number two, which brought them back to their old homeland. This photo came from Holland free of censor. H-11/6/39 (s)" -- typed note attached to verso. "Received. Examiner reference library. Nov 13, 1939" -- stamped on verso.
