Description
Cutaway of a cermet power tetrode, encased in amber resin/plastic. "4CX250B -F" etched on exterior. A 1958 product sheet describes this as "a compact radial-beam tetrode with a maximum plate-dissipation rating of 250 watts and a maximum input-power rating of 500 watts. Electrically identical to the 4X250B, the 4CX250B is of all-ceramic-and-metal constructionand is recommended for use in equipments of new design."
