Photograph caption dated September 14, 1957 reads "Witness to hit-and-run killing of 2-year-old Jimmy DiGiuseppe, Ruben Minchaca, 27, (arrow on left) stands on point of impact and points to spot 30 feet away where injured boy landed (arrow on right) against curb. Accident occurred at intersection of Hart street and Beckford avenue, Reseda. Boy died yesterday. Minchaca told police he saw woman driving light green car strike child, then speed off."
