Description: This photo, taken on the night of February 17, 1939, shows Andy's Drive-In on North 16th Street. This thriving restaurant was owned by Andrew J. Swenson and was listed in the February 1939 telephone book (Main 8974). A neon sign reads ANDY'S BAR-B-Q TRAY SERVICE and the walls show numerous painted signs: Mixed Drinks, Beer, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers Chili, Ice Cream, Soda, etc.
