Recording of Edwin Markham reading his own poetry. Album with fabric binding, screw fittings. Original album box lid shows photo of Markham and of Millais painting of "The Man with the Hoe." Inside cover has message from Markham describing the background and ethos of the poem "Man with the Hoe." Album cover and record labels show photo of Markham. Two copies of record #1001 A-B.
