The road is covered in a large layer of water. At center, a car can be seen creating large waves as it plows through the water. To the right of the road, a series of utility poles and lampposts line the sidewalk. To the far left, a large building can be seen at the corner of the intersection. Additional automobiles can be seen moving along the road.
