Kay Atwood;
Cromwell Galpin was born in 1852 in Wisconsin. Came to California in 1883, settled in Los Angeles. In 1884, purchased land in Eagle Rock Valley where he farmed. Resided in Los Angeles before moving to Eagle Rock permanently to farm in 1908, built home.
