Description
Photograph of Boulder Canyon, down stream from the upper dam site during Boulder Dam construction, April 24, 1921. The water shimmers in the sun as it washes up on the smooth beach in the foreground on the left. Further down the beach is littered with dark boulders which spill into the water at center. The water flows through two opposing jagged rock walls which appear to continue as it continues out of sight the background.
