Description
Several women are seen in a woman's dormitory. One woman is smoking a cigarette and using a sewing machine. Based on the posters on the wall behind the women, the posters in one of the women's hand, the crepe paper, and what appears to be a stars and stripes banner on the wall at the left, it can be inferred these women are preparing for a political rally. This photograph can be found in the 1957 yearbook, "Metate" on page 171. Unfortunately, no specific caption is provided.
