Description
Syllabus by Professor Steinmetz for a general chemistry course. Chemistry 1a is an introductory course in chemistry that is designed for two groups, those who wish a survey of molecular science and those who plan to concentrate in one of the laboratory sciences. The course covers chemical principles, chemical calculations, laboratory technique with an emphasis on quantitative analysis and the statistical analysis of data.
