Photograph caption dated October 22, 1956 reads "Carpenters from Locals 844 and 1913 donate their services to help build Valley Youth Foundation building at Victory boulevard and Encino avenue, Reseda. From left are Charles Ronk, Robert W. Tracy, Ed Rybarczyk, Otha Smallwood, C. J. Leonard, Fred Winch and Oliver Owens. Plumbers of Local 761 also gave free service."
