Photograph caption dated November 2, 1964 reads, "Dressed right - Something must have warned David Kurtz, 28-year-old Studio City man, that he would need his costume prison shirt, marked 'cell 69' today. He is led away from Kaiser Hospital under arrest by officers Gene Cannady, right, and Donald Davis, after he showed up for treatment of a gunshot wound inflicted by a resident who accused him of prowling."
