Photograph caption dated February 19, 1958 reads "Selected as nominees for Burbank's 'Woman of the Year,' awarded anually by community's Women's Council, from left, are: Mrs. Herbert E. Horn, Mrs. Vincent Bartold and Mrs. Neal D. Bruce. All three women have performed outstanding service in civic and community affairs in 1957. 'Woman of the Year' will be chosen next month."
