Description
Mr. Robert Harris was the SCC president for 18 years and later became the Vice Chancellor of Student Services at Los Rios Community College District. Mr. Harris talks about the connection of culture and values between SCC and the Sacramento community. During his presidency, SCC co-sponsored the Martin Luther King, Jr. March for 15 years and, in 1996 inaugurated an annual Capital Shrine Bowl to raise awareness and funding for Shriners Hospitals for children in Sacramento.
