Description
This photo shows Mr. Cornwell as he supervises the placing of one of the panels, in the rotunda of Central Library. Panels portrays the founding of Los Angeles by Governor Felipe de Neve. The set totals 12 panels which present the story of Los Angeles and encompasses 300 human figures. Photo dated: July 11, 1932.
