Description
Copy of a letter from Julius Jorgensen, Secretary of the Glendora Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the Board of Directors, to Mr. Hugh Harlan, District Supervisor, Federal Writers' Project. The Board of Directors is thanking Mr. Harlan for his "cooperation in the securing of material for, and the writing of, a history of Glendora." The city plans to celebrate their 50th Anniversary in 1937 and the letter states that the data researched by Mr. Harlan will be helpful. The letter was written on June 16, 1936. Photo dated: August 7, 1937.
