Description: Letter of correspondence from Peter F. Drucker to Ernst Keller on Keller's retirement from ADELA and Drucker's own possible options for association with ADELA. Drucker indicates that Keller's one chief shortcoming white at ADELA, being CEO and ADELA's chief representative of governments, shareholders, and public bodies, is the one problem that Keller has not solved. For that reason alone, Drucker hopes that Keller stays affiliated with ADELA.
