Description
Photograph caption dated July 22, 1965 reads, "When it comes to the slowest animal at the San Fernando Parks and Recreation-sponsored 'Pet Fair' it is easy to pick a winner. It just has to be Touche the turtle, who is being handled gently here by owner Arthur Orozco, 11, of San Fernando. From turtle to lion, all the animals agreed the fair was a big success. So did their owners." See images 00154804 through 00154807 for all photos in this series.
