Working class district of San Salvador. The Centro de Dia Monsenor Romero is a community building, built by the community. In the center of the photograph is an old woman holding up a painting she just finished. There is a banner which says Centro de Dia Monseñor Romero in the background, as well as several people sitting in chairs.
