Edwin Meese discusses his book, “With Reagan.” He begins by explaining he was the attorney general under President Ronald Reagan. He talks about how Reagan inherited economic problems from Jimmy Carter, and talks about the issue of deregulation. Meese discusses current welfare programs, and how the United States has been improving since Reagan took office.
