Photograph caption dated February 22, 1960 reads, "Five-year-old Robbie Ressler, left, shows little Ann Mattison (age 4) how to look at card for vision tests while Mmes David Kraus, Mid-Valley Council vision test chairman, and William Burton supervise. Council sponsored test program for pre-schoolers is Feb. 29 through March 4 at Gault Street School."
