Description
Letter sent to Taro Matsumura, currently at the Tulare Assembly Center, following the mass removal of Japanese Americans from the west coast as directed by Executive Order 9066. Refers to a letter from Matsumura about the condition and presence of his house and possessions. The company responds to his inquiry and refers to a bill of sale (see Item csudh_rsp_1325) in relation to his indebtedness to the company. The letter also agrees to assist with storing other possessions he has left at "the Sujishi place."
