Image shows view of the Mr. and Mrs. James F. Dawson residence, located on Via la Selva on lot 18, block 1801, tract 6883, in Valmonte. View shows two-story, seven-room stucco house with chimney and steep-pitched tile roof. The chimney is a prominent exterior feature along living room wall, with entrance and balconies visible at left, and windows with shutters on either side. The grass lawn and landscaping are visible in foreground, with lawn furniture at far left. The house was later owned by William A. Goldsworthy (by 1953.)
