Description
Abstract of Title and Certificate of Search as shown by the records of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, as to the lots of land situate in said County and State, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Lots Thirty Five (35) and Thirty Six (36) and Thirty Seven (37) of the Willows Residence Tract, according to a certain map thereof recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, in Book "E" of Maps pages 26 and 27. Subsequent to June 27, 1907. Map on page 2 shows lots along Brooks Avenue at Bird Avenue. Index lists the following transactions: Crossley to Bruce (Deed) Declaration of Homestead to Bruce S. J. Abstract Co. to Bruce (Reconveyance) Bruce to Cooper (Deed of Trust) Woodhams to Bruce (Attachment)
