Description
Striped cotton dress with empire waist of tan, dark brown, burgundy, and teal that fades throughout pattern. Short capped sleeves with double-ruffled hem, open at the armpit. Shallow v-band neckline with ruched band framing it. Gathered panel at bust over waist line. Wide A skirt with cartridge pleating at waist. Skirt has been mended with machine stitching.
