Description
Brendan Calder, chair of CIBC Mortgages, and a member of the Peter F. Drucker Foundation board in Canada, writes Peter Drucker saying that he has been leading organizations by using Drucker's ideas and advice found in the book, "Management." He goes on to say that he now finds himself leading a subsidiary that is owned by a bank that is imposing matrix management. Drucker's response is also typed on Calder's letter explaining his view on matrix management.
