Description
Photograph caption dated November 6, 1963 reads "And this Department of Water and Power workman has to do it all. He got the job of ridding Canoga Park's Dayton Creek of hundreds of fish that floated down from Chatsworth Reservoir when it was drained. The fish began to smell. Neighbors protested vigorously, Health Department officials said. The fish were gone today."
