Charles W. Protzman, Sr. writes Mr. and Mrs. Kegley thanking them for their May 15th letter, and expresses his hope that it will not be too long before they will be able to live at his property. Protzman shares that he chose the property because he wanted to be close to the water and liked the little palms. He goes on to say that he is an amateur when it comes to property exchange, but that he has a very high opinion of the advice and guidance of bankers on such matters. The letter is a copy in Protzman's original handwriting.
