Description
Mrs. John Kegley writes Mr. Protzman saying that she and her husband would like to build a home of their own, and are not in the real estate business. She informs Protzman that they are interested in Protzman's property because it would be near friends. Mrs. Kegley shares that she is a school teacher and her husband is on disability retirement from the Civil Service. She goes on to address Protzman's accident. The letter is handwritten.
