Description
Charles W. Protzman, Sr. writes Mrs. Kegley thanking her for her letter of explanation. Protzman says that he and his wife bought the property in the summer of 1961, and expected to go there in 1963. Protzman informs Mrs. Kegley of the amount he purchased the property for, and lists the price he is asking from them. The letter is handwritten.
