Description
Orderly book of Marion's brigade covering the period from Feb. 16, 1781 through Dec. 15, 1782. The last entry is Marion's address to his troops congratulating them on the "evacuation of Charles Town" and announcing the dissolution of the militia.
Francis Marion organized his brigade of South Carolina militia late in 1780.
