Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated April 27, 1964 reads, "The bees were here - It wasn't the first encounter Mrs. Lee Bennett, manager of the Canoga Park Goodwill Industries store had had with bees (arrow), but she was frightened, nevertheless, when the insects, 1,000 strong, took up residence outside the store. Mrs. Bennett's daughter played the role of Joan Crawford's daughter 'Queen Bee' in 1955. Bees were given a home by a local bee men [sic], who understands them more than Mrs. B."
