Photograph article dated October 27, 1960 partially reads, "A renewed letter-writing campaign to win a municipal park for the Mission Hills district of the San Fernando Valley has been launched by the Mission Hills Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Bert Cooper, 10627 Stanwin St., Mission Hills, chairman of the chamber's park committee, said it was seeking aid from the city of Los Angeles to acquire park land."
